she loved so much she lost herself
she felt happy for a while,
but how could she believe she was getting better
she knew she would sink to her usual self,
everything would crash down
her demons would screech louder than before
and this time she knew she was not going to fight back
the darkness frightened her
not darkness itself, the darkness that filled her
the realization that she completely lost herself
the hope she obtained, faded
it was all gone,
maybe life isn’t for everyone
